Start-up valves for slow pressure build-up in machines and equipment
  Materials: Body: die-cast zinc Z410 (model series 5: aluminium), cover: POM, diaphragms and seals: NBR
Media: Oiled and unoiled compressed air, neutral gasses
Advantages: •simple assembly of single components using coupling kits within a model series and thread size
Application: The machines are allowed to breathe gradually via an orifice. Once the pressure attains a value of approx. 50% of the input pressure and the cylinders have gradually moved into their basic settings, the start-up valve switches over to maximum throughway. The speed of the pressure build-up can be controlled using an adjustment screw.
Temperature range: -10°C to max. +60°C
Input pressure:  2 - 16 bar (size 0: 2,5 - 16 bar with coupling kit max. 12 bar)
ATEX:  II 2GD IIA/IIB/IIC T4 0°C <= Ta <= 60°C
Warning: Shut-off valves (e.g. ball valves) must be installed before the filler valve!
